Where are the announced leaderboards and war company limitations?

Talking about this roadmap. It doesn’t show the war company limitations, but I saw AGS commenting on them in their dev blog video. After going through the patchnotes, I could find neither leaderboards nor those limitations being mentioned anywhere.
I was kinda hyped for both :confused:

Autumn officially ends at the end of December, so that’s about when you can expect Leaderboards unless they had to push them into the new Roadmap.

They said that not all the features would be released with brimstone patch.
