Where is Dog at the Crows Nest?

Just trying to find Dog at the Crows Nest. Grace said he had fleas and had to put hiim “over there”, but I can’t find him.

If anyone has seen Dog, please post a screenshot of where he is located.

Hi @Medazzal, you can find Dog sunning himself on the little table next to the supply pile at the Crow’s Nest as shown in this screenshot.

My commentary was…well not descriptive enough.

Let me say this.

• I am not into metal these days
• I have never cared for “fire zones” (the upcoming one on valheim made me cringe)
• I had no expectations for Empyrean Forge, and really no interest (housing is my love)

However.
I absolutely LOVE the music. It’s different, but pairs so well. Kinda like red wine (shiraz) and ham & swiss on rye with frenches yellow mustard (it just works)
The instance itself…wow, its so cool for a lack of better terms. I love all the gears (I am a steampunk/clockwork/industrial fan) and the pistons. It’s all done extremely well.

The encounters were fun. We wiped on the last boss, I have not completed him yet. Gonna try that in a bit. But its a fun fight.

Overall, Empyrean Forge is just amazing. It takes me back to the first time I ran Black Rock Depths in wow almost 20 years ago. I had that same, childish fun feeling.

So, yes please tell them job EXTREMELY well done. It definitely makes me want to spend more time in dungeons/raids.

The music is good, and the bosses are awesome. You guys just need to work on making the dungeon feel different. Getting a lot of laz vibes. Even the entrance is the same as laz.

100% agree, on all points. I was actually dreading Empyrean. I avoided watching a walkthrough pre-patch because I wanted to experience it myself, and all I’d heard was - “You think the fire boss in Tempest is bad? That’s nothing compared to the fire in the new dungeon”.

I still don’t like the fire boss in Tempest, but I love the mechanics of the fire bosses in Empyrean. It’s challenging but I can understand them. Also, Tempest is an impressive landscape but so, so red. Empyrean has the contrast of blues that makes the red look good, and the structure of the machinery gives it something to light up.

EVERYONE comments on how good the music is when we run it.
