Without an ETA it would not kill the forum team to keep up with communication. Huge issue and they could tell you every hour or so if there is progress ot not. Its their entire job really and they do it poorly. 4 hours is a long time to go with zero updates on this kind of issue.

thats information they had 4hours ago, if nothing changed that means they couldnt get anything done since 3 pm - furthermore europe players dont know if they can even play today or not

Then it logically means they didnt advanced a step since last time untill now, untill a new update news on that forum section, i guess.

The forum team has ONE job, keep the community informed. Even if nothing changed how long does it take to come and say that? Its not like people are asking Jeff Bezos to pop in and kiss some ass are they?
