Where is the rest of the Winter Scale set?

I see the Winter Scale Coat in the Convergence store but no other pieces of this set. Am I not looking in the right place?

I found out that you have to purchase the chest piece, then the rest will unlock, and be in your inventory.

Just confirmed. They should change the description in the shop to the entire skin set. Given the avalanche of threads about the horrible skin designs, this one does not suck too much. Maybe a bit too much pink and pastels for a male character.
