I want my item back in my storage. When I first completed Amrine Expedition, I got my puppy. I put it in storage, waiting for the moment when I would buy my first home so I could use it. When I did that… the item disappeared. It’s been months and I had forgotten about it, until I received it in my ALT character. I want my item back on my main character, this is frustrating.
I already did that (below) months ago and NOTHING happened. I want my item:
Give my item back or find a way to allow me to retrieve it. I don’t need to prove that I won it by sending log txt or anything. You already have a bugs history involving items missing from storage.

My item has been lost since Oct/21. You didn’t give a damn about the problem. I’ve done all the requested procedures and so far I haven’t received my item in my inventory back, or they reset the quest for me to redo the Amrine that gives the item as a prize. I want a solution, not an integrity check. My PC has no problem, the game does.
I am sorry to hear the very basic troubleshooting we can give you via this channel did not resolve this for you but as stated in the previous message and as your next step you will need to continue communication via creating a ticket or via the response Email you received when you previously did. Sadly, it is extremely likely that an item from so long ago can no longer be restored but your one course of action to check on any possible exceptions is to follow through accordingly.
I was told to send the email with the files, but no one replied to the email or gave any opinion on this. Can you reset the expedition quest for me, so I complete as if it were the first time or give the item in my inventory?
I will not delete my character again to HAVE this item back like I did for other items that disappeared.
Why doesn’t the dev team just return the item to me, give me a new one, or allow me to redo the quest for that? I don’t need to prove anything else. n done. problem solved.
My apologies but for further assistance you will need to continue communication directly with Live Channels. If you still have an Email from a previous interaction, you simply need to reply to that. If on the other hand you are talking about a new ticket created less than 4 days ago, please wait on an answer and follow through via the Email you will receive in response to that.
