Where's the communication from Devs/Community Managers?

Another annoying thing is the lack of interaction with the community during a ‘difficult launch’, I looked at the ‘Dev Tracker’ and there are hardly any responses let alone any comfort for those still in queues.

It would be great to at least acknowledge that the situation is being monitored and possible solutions to be implemented.

The silence is deafening.
