I just upgraded a named 599 weapon to 600 and it did not become a legendary. Previously I had successfully upgraded two other named items that became legendary.
i was told that only some named items could be upgraded to a legendary. If that is true how do you tell the difference between the named that can be upgraded to legendary and the named that cannot?
Use nwdb if it shows a perk bucket then it isn’t a named item in the sense of upgrading.
Upgradable named items have set perks and won’t roll for any of them. Some have named like names but roll for some perks on then making them kind of like a fakeish named item?
