I never ever saw anything like this months ago. No hardware changes at my end.
Is performance degrading?
I walk out of Windsward and I see two big white squares overlapped. I turn my toon around to see if there are more, and they disappear, but white squares appear in different locations when I did so.
Around March? April? It also didn’t take upwards of 3 minutes to load a toon or a couple of minutes to Fast Travel anywhere. Now I spend that much time watching different splash screens.
