This perk is so much toxic with Dex weapons right now coupled with their innate mobility from passive bow, musket and hatchet perks makes this so BiS for all dex builds.

Yes, these devs don’t know balancing if it hit them on the booty. Just roll with the BiS and hope for the best because it’s as good as you’re gonna get
You can buy/craft/loot dex fire staff if that will make you happy
