What server/world did you experience your issue on: Bouneima

Describe the issue you are experiencing: In the town of Ebonscale Reach on our server on the first level of houses everything looks normal but the colliders are not working for the floor. The 5k green house is inaccessible at all by any means and that is my house. It is the only house that is cut off by this bug in the town. You can fall thru though and enter alternative rooms under the town and just run around down there and enter “secret rooms” if you know where to go.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I couldn’t pay my house taxes and now I cannot use the fast travel/get trophy buffs and so on. Can’t abandon the house either bc I cannot get to it.
