Whole Computer frozen because of New World

Hello guys,

When im standing on anywhere in the game the game forzen and my whole computer frozen cuz of game and i have to alt+f4 or go to task manager immediately to shut down the game. If i dont do it my pc stuck on frozen i have to reboot from case.

i have 8700k + 1080 ti + 16gb ram 3200mhz

Playing the game on 2k cuz my monitor supports 2k with low graphics.

when i change the resolution to 1080p it didnt happen yet but the game is so blur

i need your help guys
