Why are Devs & Support ignoring us?

Ever since patch 1.05 players and even some support members have been locked out of the game with the Login blocked message. Forum post after forum post unanswered questions. There are many legit players who have been told they are not banned still locked out of their accounts unable to play. The fixes support recommends do not work, after you run the rat race they than tell you its a known issue with a fix being worked on… Look this is server side 100% because my new account is already level 60 100+ hours on the same pc no changes and is just fine.
Devs / Support Give us answers. What is going on? We were told a fix was on the way 9 days ago , Iv made other post on this issue and yet to hear anything along with others. I know you got your money and it would appear you guys do not care. But we the players that enjoy the game and want to keep playing despite all the issues we bared. We want our accounts back.
Players, clearly we are not making enough noise on the issue. We need to get answers. 9 days with no fix or clear message on the matter is unacceptable. We paid money for the game and deserve the chance to use it. I have over 250$ into the game + cash shop and will be looking at other options soon if we do not hear from the team.
Again this is unacceptable… It’s better to work together than against each other. Lets try to resolve with a simple update. Instead of this silence with peoples money wasted. It really feels like we have been scammed. This should not be the case from a massive company.

This is the equivalent of going to a coffee shop and purchasing a drink, Than the cashier walking off and never making your drink, to only walk back and ask for your card again to charge.
