The fact that they didn’t at an absolute minimum get their characters deleted so that they have to restart from the beginning is a joke. They’re giving them a quick 24 hour break and then legitimizing all the items and equipment they got off their dupe.

There are numerous games that have named banned players. A simple google search confirms. Also, I see absolutely nothing in the TOS that says they cannot use my in-game name and server in a ban list. What you are saying makes no sense to me whatsoever.

If you exploit you should be perma banned. If you exploit and got 24 hrs they should strip you of all your gold and gear obtained. That’s just the way I feel about it.

I knew a lot of dupers and all the accounts they used to dupe are perma banned !
The real problem are the duplicated trophies that were traded before the AH lockdown.
I’m pretty sure they will stay on the market just like the duplicated gold 2 weeks earlier

Which shows the exact opposite of a 24h ban, if he got 24h banned then he wouldn’t need to contact support to be unbanned.

I wonder why the forums are full of people ranting about cheaters. But they never get blamed for anything.

I would have to assume that it is because the cheaters haven’t oversold us anything and they can’t really fix the issues most people are having, besides stopping with the cheating. Asking them to stop seems kind of futile, while asking for changes seems slightly less so.

Global chat on my server is always up to its ears in people trash talking and lying about accomplishments. Some of these could very well be actual dupers. Some of these might very well not be dupers.

AGS, 24hr ban is not “action against” anyone. It’s saying to the dupers and exploiters “hey you have done hard work, now take a day off”. WTF is this system lol

Is it true that former duplicators (Voidbent Ingot, Void gold etc.), only had a 24 hour ban and were able to play again with all their fraudulently “won” gold?

Or. Is it true that the old duplicators were banned and all duplicated gold and items were destroyed?

Could we have an OFFICIAL answer please?This is very very important to me.

I know dupers too….have proof they duped (reported it to Amazon along with several members of my company) and yet they remain on the server. Our treasury went from 20k to 1.5 million in 8 hours. Impossible AGS can’t track it on their end…yet the dupers remain. No way they are the only ones.

Amazon I am a very patient person.

I’m willing to deal with your amateur coding mistakes(they are plenty and very juvenile).
I am willing to deal with the bugs affecting my character and playstyle constantly. I’m willing to be patient while you fumble around trying to figure out how to balance weapons.

You must properly handle cheaters, that is my deal breaker! Dupers MUST be perm banned, it’s the most egregious offense in an mmo!
