Now that I am on Midgard nothing has change. Auction house has more items but farming is harder.
You don’t have to do outpost rush. Just put on some skinning gear get some skinning food and go farm boars fir 2 hours. Thats literally 3k right there.
Then go at everfall or brightwork and gather garlic for one hour. 1k right there.
Then go do your 3 faction quests. 1k right there.
Then fo the three low dungeons 1k right there.
The go in reekwater and mine gems from the plat at the North West. 2k right there.
I can keep on going literally forever. You guys just don’t know how to fucking farm shit
I dont get it either, when I reached 60 I already had 56k gold, and i bought epics while leveling just to make it faster. No idea how can others be so broke that they are lvl60 for week and still cant afford even a voidbent set.

explaine how some players can do this when trade is off and inventory is full for furniture makers and alike and storage is full please enlighten us with that 10k a day brain?

Oh we know that there are a bunch of boring-ass shit you can do to make money but again, this is a game and not work. Game is poorly designed if it requires you to do menial tasks to have enough money to repair your gear.
I don’t know what magic server you play on, but mine is now low pop, most people are level 60… every guy and his dog is FARMING THE SAME SHIT, rawhide gems everything what you say, then SELLING it, undercutting each others prices so that when you do sell shit you make next to nothing…
I mean I didn’t farmed either, at first I got some nodes on my way while leveling just to build a bank after that just looked out of oppurtinities and buy things just to resell them. its such a basic thing.
No, it is not “just a tought”. It is condescending garbage. I have played MMOs probably longer than you have been alive and a well designed MMO allow for different playstyles. Those that enjoy crafting and shit can do that and does that enjoy doing PvE dungeons and PvP can do that and both can be viable ways of playing the game. Like in Eve, for example, which has a rich and vibrant economy, you can spend your time doing everything from PvE to mining asteroids to exploration, to make money and be viable.
The problem here, or rather with you, is that you think that just because you like to spend your gaming time doing gathering and crafting then that is what everyone should be doing. And if the devs think the same thing, that is the problem with this MMO. It is fundamentally poorly designed game if it caters only for crafters/gatherers.
Seems to me, that you know very little about MMOs and what makes a successful, well designed one.

There is not a single MMO in the history of the genre that isn’t a grinder.
EVE in particular is one of the heaviest grinders in history ffs.
UO had huge grinds. Wow had huge grinds plus gold was hard to get at the start. FF14 is a HUGE grinder also. Guild wars too…
I do think you missunderstand me though. I never said that enjoying grinding is what all people should do. I’ve just said that new world is a grinder and a crafting game. You can’t ask for the foundations of a game to change. You can only ho play something else.
