How do you expect us to play this game all day if our characters are so damn ugly!!!
Whats it gotta take to get some cool looking outfits in this game?
Whats it gotta take to let us Dye our purchased skins? (they change color in OPR - so we know its possible)
Why can’t we “skin” / “transmog” items?!?!?!
We have no goddam idea when the environs and sound teams are so, so choice.
This is called “modern marketing”
First you put in your shop only 4 things to buy, stone, salt, sand and dung. People will buy them just to have something different than other people, to feel special. Buying stone, doesn’t look like they expected, so trying the next one and still the same dissapointment. You can’t test it properly before you buy it, you can’t refund even straight after you bought it, even if it was a misatke. So you ended up with 4 useless things, which you dont even like, but it cost you in total 40 euro.
Then the seller is adding something a little bit more tasty, for example simple water, so ofc a everyone is going to buy it, but the water is just a water, nothing special, but you bought it for 15 euro
Next time they put on the table a water with sugar and colored dye. It’s still not good, but the other things you already have are so bad, that you need to try this one and gonna pay 20 euro for it.
Too many complains from your customers? Nobody buying your stone anymore, because they can buy straight something a bit better? Ok not a problem. Put all the 4 basic things in to 1 packet which in total price gonna be 10 euro, bam you sold again the same for different group of customers who wudnt buy a single stone for 10 euro, but 4 in package they will do.
So this method you may sell garbage for years and at some point you will reach the level of selling honey and ferrari, but before it happend people will spend 1000 euro + the ferrari which is let say 40 euro.
Just look now, if they let the players to buy straight after game is realeased a ferrari, they will sell it once to you for 40 euro and this is it. You gonna have what you love and not gonna buy anything else, they can’t bait you again with something better, because you arready got something what is the best.
So as i said, can’t expect anything better for now, and it’s totally fine, i hope they gonna keep doing it and do not change this game in to pay to win.

They are so fucking bad. We NEED transmog. Theres no conquistador themed set OR skin in the entire game for engame. Only while you level. Its so foolish. It’s NEW WORLD.
Transmog is a MUST, we need to spam the shit out of them until we get it because it is just so much wasted assets if we dont. They made tons of gear and NONE of it is used. It gets put on once while leveling and becomes useless, think of all the content they would have with transmog grind with one simple feature. It’s insane.
They think it would cost them their skin sales but in reality people would still buy skins and mix and match the stuff together just like they do in ESO, FF14 and any other mmo that offers it. Weve all seen and done it. They need to add transmog asap, the higher ups are wrong if they think it will cut skin sales, it will raise them. As well as bring more people to or back to the game.
Honestly this fact alone makes me want to quit sometimes. They don’t realize how much people care about transmog and it’s really dumb. Game should have launched with it and they prob woulda lost less people who would at least be able to play endgame Fashion World. Lmfao.
Theres a reason that its the endearingly named endgame in FF14, Warframe, ESO and many other mmos.
Give us more Pirate and Lost Pirate gear to wear that actually looks creepy. And darker skins that don’t look like a cringe metal rocker.

Seriously though. I’m starting to get frustrated with it. This is definitely driving people away from the game, staring at a character they don’t like the look of. One of you devs needs to take this to the suits, well spoken and very convincing and save your character customization from the cesspool it is right now. You are bleeding players. LISTEN TO US.
Just listened to ashes of creation devs guarantee there will be no clowns walking down the street because of the lack of a transmog system and watched people cheer. You need to get on this AGS, it’s a bigger issue than you have realized.
we should be able to customize our character appearance at any time as well, not just once when we make the character. every other game has this capability, there’s really no excuse. the outfits are horrendous as well, nothing good to choose from.
They have already confirmed they are working on one. It just wont be ready for 2022.
