Why are there so many awesome skins that drop as common items? Here is one example but I've seen about +-20 different ones. Transmogs when?

Would be nice if you could obtain the cosmetic of an item some how… though some sort of salvage kit or craft.

I agree, I have a great looking revelers mask of the knight but the stats are so low it is useless to wear on the norm… At least it looks good for Halloween!
