Was just curious, why cant we trade crafted items from the Halloween event to people that don’t have a high enough level in that craft to make it? My brother isnt a crafter and he wanted me to make him the bow since im high enough in engineering to make it for him. But since it isnt tradable I now have a bow that I’ll never use because I run tank. I think we should be able to at least trade those items if anything, so people that dont want to grind crafting can get stuff too.

If it were up to me, I’d make all legendary items, untranslatable.
So they can finally revamp crafting, with the intent of removing the absurdity of the RNG and rewarding merit and hard work instead of luck.
The real problem is that BoP needs to be removed from game.
Not difficult to buy the mats and mass craft stuff. (I’m 200 everything and have all trophys + gear btw)
I’ve been crafting for months, hundreds of times. Only 3 times have I gotten legendary, all 3 with very bad perks. This is what made me leave the game in the spring.
This game doesn’t reward merit and hard work, it rewards luck, and I’ve always been unlucky.
yesterday i had to kill hera 317 times (counted) before i got the normal pants. my friends without equipment luck, without trophies, they took 3 in 10/15 kills

In mmo’s the bis items are generated through luck with crafting or mob drops. You’re basically wanting the best items in the game for participating.
I wanted a Nightveil great sword - since they bypass expertise - but I was only at 17 weaponsmith. I went out and got in on 3 event boss kills then took care of the WS level issue. About 50k in mats later I was 152 and crafted 3 until I got one I liked.
Your brother doesn’t have to be a crafter; feed him the mats and lead him through leveling engineering…it’ll come on handy crafting his own ori arrows anyway…then help him get a few kills to get 2 or 3 patterns. Not only will he have his bow but he’ll be able to make his own arrows going forward.
Why we can’t trade them should be obvious; they bypass expertise.

Idk what server you’re on to get with 50k to 152.
It would cost me on my server around 90k to hit 150 from lvl 30sth.
Ye I’m not gonna spend that kind of money on a GS which isn’t BiS and just looks cool lel
And you literally get early into Brimstone a 610 named GS which also bypasses expertise.

Yes, for 50k on Ygg I leveled WS from 17 to 152.
Yes, I know about and have blade of the 19th.
Yes, I now have the event sword as well - I think many people carry more than one of each weapon.
