Why do chests in lvl 60 zones dropping arrows and bullets ? and like lvl 2 or 3 ones at that

why do chests in lvl 60 zones dropping arrows and bullets ? and like lvl 2 or 3 ones at that
Can we just remove those arrows and bullets from the loot tables for the chests.
