i dont, i quit when server merge wiped my company and shifted my 2 friends to orofena and pushed me to valhalla. then the game demands a 15 dollar token to transfer to them OR i could just throw away my 700 hours and start a fresh character. im done with this game, going back to wrath classic. far better game.
Because I love New World 
I like the colonial theme, which was different from all the other Fantasy MMOs out there. I also am so tired of tab targetting combat, just canāt do it. So my options are fairly limited, BDO or this. I do enjoy BDO now and then but rather play New World where a credit card isnāt necessary to amount to anything in game.
Just because of your comments im considering swapping back to mage because i know its good and i know how many buffs its gotten since ive last used it. You just have a skill issue on your hands bro 
Theyāre working on a CP2077 2.0 with multiplayer so probably no Witcher for 10,000 years

Returning players had the choice of picking what server they want to join so not sure how you and your friends were split unless you/them are on locked servers and you should also have a free transfer key unless you recently used it???
Also FSS are all the rage. Legacy servers pretty dead right now so Iād be grabbing da bois and smacking out a fresh 60 in a couple of days if you grind together. New quests make it interesting and levelling is really easy.
Honestly FSS is where itās at if you wanna enjoy NE right now.
Go back to your legacy characters once FSS die/calm down.

Last reason? Waiting for ashes of creationā¦ Got more reasons, but theyāre all gone since Greatsword and Brimstones Patch. Need to play the new weapon to frag them all. No balancing at allā¦ Nice. As all new weapons in the last yearā¦ Maybe go to patch some of the old ones out?

I honestly play because there isnāt another MMO out worth taking serious.
Soon as something comes out that looks like it could be promising I and many others will be gone in a heart beat just to check it outā¦ we may slink back over time, but in reality only reason other people are coming back to New World is because there ISNāT a better option right now.

no we didnt. we took a break in game to check out an update on another game. when we left we were a five man company, just friends playing in game. i was the company lead. when i log back in my character isnt on the server it was, its on valhallaā¦ my other friends are on orofena which wasnt the one they were on when they left. company is just gone. so, for some reason when they merged the servers last time my company was deleted, i was pushed to valhalla, and my crew got put on orofena.
This is not how this works. It is likely they transferred to Orofena. No merges so far have put people on different servers.

Someone jumped somewhere at some point, if it wasnāt you then your friends might have used a free token and forgot. All mergers had the same server targets.
(If they didnāt, there would have been a massive uproar)
and im sure they just dont accidently delete characters either eh? im telling you what happened. ive played with these guys for years, none of them had any clue they were on orofena till they logged in this morning.
