is it the trash servers? the bugs? the non-existent customer support? None of the gems working? Gear perks doing nothing? the broken economy? the invincibility bugs? lvl 65 portals disabled? Outpost rush disabled?

I don’t think new world is trash. This must be one of those “constructive criticism” threads and I suppose I am the proverbial “white knight” for saying that.

I don’t think New World is trash. Has some bugs, but they’ll be ironed out.
Going hardcore on opening month and hitting max level and or rushing through everything during the opening month of a MMORPG launch and expecting there to be 10 years of DLC and the polish afforded to a single player AAA title a year after its launch, was a big brain moment for a lot of people it seems.
How to “down vote” a post? The game has problems, but it’s hardly “trash” and instead of making threads calling it trash, mayhap you’d be better served just moving on to another game? Maybe come back later when it’s had some more work done.

Yeah, it’s not. This is probably the smoothest MMO launch I’ve ever seen or been part of. Servers are actually online, if not a little laggy. The bugs are minor inconveniences and the ones that are game breaking get fixed a lot faster than I’d expect. The economy is suffering but that’s more a design failure of the market being sectioned off, of which I have my own opinions on.
I don’t think anyone but toxic people think it is trash.
But there are problems.
Economy gold and azoth wise.
Bugs in quests making them nearly impossible to finish.
Not letting us go back to help friends in some quests with gate mechanics.
Travel problems, takes way too long just to get around the map or costs way too much.
Crafting exp not matching the material costs.
