You have to help make 40million + on a game that shouldnât be released and profitable yet first. Than you get 15 days vacation.

But many people get paid vacation time that they can use throughout the year, and many of those save time off for that time of year.
Using your vacation time when there are 2 stat holidays in a week. (3 for most canadians because of boxing day) maximizes your time off.
Take me for example xmas and boxing day both stats for me were on weekend. So i got monday, tuesday off in lieu. Then same for new years, getting the following monday off in lieu. By using 3 vacation days plus the days off in lieu i got 12 days off.
There is a reason people save a few days for december. You can usually maximize your time off for a nice stretchâŚ

Continuing to talk about vacation time instead of talking about managing the community and communicating with your players is just taking the conversation off topic. Do you believe that more communication would be a bad thing? Do you not want more communication? I donât care how much time off the company gives its employees or when they take it. The game doesnât get shut down. Amazon should be able to plan ahead and have people available that can address issues as they arise.

I heard AGS bought a Korean MMO and theyâre trying to port that one over for European and American use. Not sure on the validity of it but it does seem to make sense with how little anything has happened the past week. That said. I wonât be buying the ported game for one simple fact. AGS hasnt looked after us with NW. Theyâre probably tear the ported game to the ground too. The success with making games from the department has been an entire flop as well so far. Credit is due where it is deserved and in this case itâs not deserved at all.
I just hope that youâll never get any paid vacation day whatsoever for being so inhuman.

Bro I get paid holidays, but not when the buildings leaking. I have to work then whether I want to or not. 14 Days of holidays is a nice good holiday, its time for at least a post in the news section like goddamn.

No I need information regarding the non stop speed exploit abuse, the 20 or so perks still not working correctly, the horrible balance. And most importantly, another me problem as Iâm sure you boutta say. I merged to the only active server in the world set (the only one with over 100 players) only for that one to not get merged, now Iâm stuck away from my friends, canât make a new character without deleting 600 hours.
So yeah itâs a me problem for that, and an everyone problem for the general shitshow of the state of the game, and Iâm posting on the forums about it, the fuck else can I do? You want to fight go outside and do it. Fucking hell mate, kindly fuck off.

They said in the developer update that theyâre gonna have longer PTR cycles from now on, which puts this months patch in a weird position. If the PTR is gonna be released next week, the actual patch would probably happen at the very end of the month.
The game is not in a great state after their last update and even though I obviously understand that theyâre deserving of holidays just like the rest of us, it really doesnât hurt to atleast put out a quick post acknowledging some the current issues.
I honestly feel like a broken record at this point asking for more communication.

The only information you need about that is that it is fixed. Nothing besides that is of relevance for you. And stuff is not gonna magically fix itself. So wait for the next patch and hold back your tears.
You might wanna correct yourself that you did not merge to some server but you rather transferred. You knew that you just have one transfer and you knew that there are going to be merges happening soon. So yes, this is another you problem.
If you are stuck away from your friends then they didnât switch servers together with you. So what is your expectation then?

Calling the current state of the game a shitshow is kinda ridiculous given this game has around 100k at peak times. Youâre trying to form a picture of unplayability that is just plainly wrong.

What I still donât get is this,
They literally communicated here everything will be going at reduced capacities. They even included communication and stated it there. Literally says:
âPlease be patient while awaiting non-critical communication from us as the team will be operating at reduced capacity.â
You are not wrong wanting info about whatâs to come but people are literally ignoring their communication. When they resume their activities on the regular rhythm, it will be noticeable because at least you get the pre made replies from the CMs.

The company (AGS) more than likely shut down, with little to no employees from dec 23/24, to Jan 4. Thatâs how it works. It is important to provide communication. Would you like them to repeat the info they have from 3 weeks ago, the newest info they have?
This sense of entitlement that is making you think people come back from christmas/new year vacation, and have been thinking about work the entire time, or even part of the time, is ridiculous. They were off, they werenât working, and thatâs where America is right now. I wouldnât expect too much this week either.
