Totally agree with you, however not so extreme. however i have noticed that the biggest gold generation in the game its the town control tax collection. Its on the hundred of thousando of gold per week (some towns into the millions) thats were the gold is going, but the problem is that is not permeating enough to the economy (through the market, via buying). So instead making that humongous ammounts of gold go to company coffers, should go directly to game (board, quests, open world hunting etc).
Well that is up to whomever is in control of the town and sets the taxes, we have 1 faction that raised the taxes to 15% or something stupid like that.
I just Abandoned house and moved. There is just to many trolling BS that people can do to others that makes it aggravating.
But at the end of the day, there is money to be made, and easily. Buffing/Nerfing the economy is NOT the answer.
It is like the OP totally ignores the gold seller spam…

A couple hours running Shattered mountain camps(usually solo) not even elite zones pays for my housing and repair bills for a week(3 houses). Put on a luck set and go kill things in the high zones, it’s really that simple.
If that’s too hard, you can make a couple thousand in an hour or two by aoe farming mid level lost camps. Also a great way to level up weapons.
I hate to crap on your day more, but those ridiculously resource intensive repair kits won’t help - using one still steals your money, it just doesn’t tell you. Use one and watch your cash decrease. So currently they are completely pointless and a trap to use
i think it is funny how on one post we have a guy complaining about having too much money, so he has to have his own company so he can store his millions of gold, and then you throw this post out there saying how you cant make money
I kind of feel the same way, wish I had more clear-cut options for just going out and earning gold instead of being forced to rely on the trading post for income. Currently 60 and flat broke, really not looking forward to figuring out the gold situation so I can get back into more PvP without getting anxiety about repairs lol…

the game has been out for a month sir, some people are figuring out the way to make easy money. give it some time and soon you will be able to youtube it instead of having to think for yourself

so you are making 60 gold an hour… .go kill 10 high lvl mobs and you make the same amount in 5 min
