Why is Atvatabar the only US East server under maintenance?!?

When I mean rollback, take it back to the time right as this “crash” happened. Meaning whatever you did yesterday and up to this point would still be there.

Oh ok I see then. It suck for people that still are inside playing though

I got like 90% of level 56->57 and didn’t even realize there were login issues - if they roll that back, me and a lot of others aren’t going to be real happy.

If you are inside the game maybe tell everyone to dip out ASAP. Probably will help for server issue and them doing something about it

I’m not in the game anymore. I logged out to fix the horrible tracking bug (it’s broke more than it works…) and then couldn’t get back in.

SMALL INDIE GAME

4 hours of downtime on a Sunday night while other people get to play on our server and take territories. Imagine.

Four hours of “maintenance” on a Sunday night in the middle of prime time. Only a non-gaming company would do server maintenance in that window.

Doesn’t tell me why. Just corrects my number
Hasn’t contacted me back is 4 minutes either. 5 star customer service

That’s not what this shows Server Status | New World

I got in.

Can confirm it’s back up. Still no word on what went down though.

Yes there was some of us during a small window when the server booted everyone that we logged right back in asap and got on but shortly after that short window the server switched to maintenance again. Those of us that was logged in were fine but even half of my company couldn’t log in.

Correct, there was many of us still online. Some of my company members were unable to get back in as they had the Maintenance message as well. Seemed like when everyone originally booted there was a short window that allowed folks to log in which only lasted a couple minutes before the Maintenance message popped up.
