Why Is Stagger So Inconsistent?

Me: Doing a 3 chain attack + a weapon Skill to a Mob
Mob: Shrugs and hits me twice during the entire thing.

Me: Attacks mob from behind.
Mob: Turns and does ONE basic attack; no glow, no windup
Me: Staggers 5000 feet backwards for the next hour and a half

It’s so stupidly inconsistent. Players CAN NOT stagger with basic attacks, but mobs can spin 180 and do a non-telegraphed attack in 3 frames that makes me stagger backwards like I just jot slammed by The Hulk.

I love getting smacked by 4 or 5 mobs that were dragged from someone running by, and you’re smacked all over the place. Can’t heal with potions, can’t sprint away … just limp off.

Frigging annoying.
