Why is there no way to see battle logs with damage and character names

Why can’t we see damage logs and names of enemies in pvp for review and so we know what’s happening ? It should be easy to implement , just have a log that we can scroll down of damage given and taken and by whom , and if this exists please tell me where to access it , thanks .
