Why Lost Ark has a forum in Spanish?

I do not understand it, I have entered the lost ark forum and to my surprise, it turns out that in all the sections there is one in Spanish.

except for reports and news.

As a Spanish nw player I find it insulting and unfair.

and yet if there is a Portuguese language that has many better players.

thats because lost ark isnt managed by AGS, AGS is only its publisher. IDK why ur even complaining about it here.

i mean if portuguese has its own with much less players, it makes sense.

I’m Norwegian. None of these games have an official forum section in Norwegian. But I don’t care, because I know English so I just use that.

ok, but with all due respect to your language and country, the Hispanic community is one of the largest in the world, the second apart from English, and the first and largest if we talk about players who speak that language natically (already that like you there are many who speak English but it is not the language of their country).

the problem is not whether support is given or not. I have played many games where support is not given and well it is what it is and you have to accept it.

the problem is when they force you to pay for a game, and from minute 1 you feel ignored, what they give you is not what was promised, and you see that other games, “FROM THE SAME COMPANY” that are given away for free! they take care of their community better than the game you paid for. Why are we charged for an inferior service than free games from the same company?

thats why you build up a thread and bump it daily so developers see it often aside all the others and get a audience suggesting the same thing. they arent ignoring you really.

this never got a developer response but got fixed either way and i bumped a lot to keep it up to date and so did others who wanted it fixed. you can do the same in feedback and make it popular.

I spent 4 months trying to get them to fix a simple bug (and I know what I’m talking about) that prevented me from chatting after exiting bg or dungeons. And it still took 4 months! and on patch day they screwed up new (and theoretically unrelated) things while trying to fix it.

The problem is that they have sold us a game with a very dirty code, with too many problems, and that the department directors no longer know how to fix it, since the problem is with the base code and not with releasing or not releasing patches. And on top of that we have to put up with zero communication and little attention to details such as the language of the forum, which I am sure many will not give importance to, but when you pay for a game, and they give you less, they communicate less… than another same game , that they give for free… the same people, they make you wonder like an idiot
you think you are as a player and how far you are willing to endure.

the answer is 2k fewer players per week.
