Why not make all lower level elite areas end game elite areas

Since you level so fast low level elite areas become useless real fast. Most people use them to level weapons. But imo itd be cool to make them endgame areas. The msq doesnt really take you to elite areas so it wont alter that at all. Itd be cool to have more open world content to do thats meaningful as a 60…

This would force to revamp quests that directs you to those places, and reward for them won’t be satisfying anymore…

Yeah but nobody does the quests. Infact questing in this game is pretty rare. The legendary weapon quests essentially would still be the same… nobody even cares about the legendary weapon quests either. Low level elite areas is just useless areas once you reach 60. And it wouldnt really affect low level players since the msq doesnt take you through any elite areas. Yeah they have side quest for them but they can just make them level 60 quests…the rewards you currently get is salvaged once you hit 60

i do like this idea, but not only on elite areas, i mean you can easyly change the health pool of enemys and scale them (like you do in mutations) and tie that to the level of the player or activate such system if you hit 60.

There’s a level 34 world boss in the bottom left corner of cutlass keys who I bet almost nobody knows about - a giant sirens brute model guy. Since he’s level 34 everyone literally just out levels the content well before they would get any worthwhile drops from him: Would actually be cool if he was scaled up to level 66 and that whole area made an end game raid area.
