hello, seeing the recent changes in the ptr, it seemed very fair to me to differentiate the skills of cc and those of damage, what did not seem fair to me is that people who like to use offensive rapier have to be affected since flourish stagger was removed It was the only way to aim for finish, it doesn’t have tracking like leaping strike, skewer and other skills, not counting the little damage from skills
they killed defensive rapier cuz it was mostly used to “run away” and now they remove the only stagger in offensive rapier cuz its too offensive. I think all staggers got removed tho.
