I believe this question haven’t been asked in a while now, so…
Why are there still no legendary bags and tools?!
We know they exists as spotted in the Dev video of the Myrkgard run they did a while back.
I want all my stuff yellow! 
Maybe make some of the tools available as legendary thru a quest line, like the fishing poles. 
They are coming next patch.
Included now since the PTR changes have been added.

I thought only they are adding one extra perk on it and it stays as is.
Yes and 2 new usefull perks for example one will increase duration of food, oaks etc.
