Well it’s because they need to fix stuff that they didn’t test properly. And then they need to fix stuff that they broke while fixing other stuff. And then they need to fix even mode stuff that they accidentally removed or gave away by mistake while fixing stuff.

thank you for the reply.but why is maintanence carried out during the hours when the game will be active. from 17:00 to 21:00 are the hours when we can already get into the game dec in addication, this care happens almost every day

I agree that the patch times are facepalmingly ridicolous.
It’s so bad that it is getting kinda funny.
Blizzard which is a messed up company learned to patch their game during nighttimes EARLY on when they started their MMO adventure.
AGS keeps punching their patches out not early in the morning, not late at night, but in the MIDDLE of the day.
not only is this hours that people who work may only play.
But if people are doing expeditions, Outposts, or any other activities that may take some time, this ruins their rythm in the game, and or happends in the middle of a patch.
Also lost kinda the hopes for the developers to take this project serious, when they keep releasing patches that break the game to a wholenother level, and then decide to NOT hotfix it.
And when they do decide to fix it, the patch doesn’t even work, meaning they didn’t even test the patch before releasing it.
Todays patch was to reimburce gold to those that have been wronged, and give back the Gathering gear that was lost during 1.1.
The whole patch had to be re-done so they had to take it back because BOTH the fixes where done wrong. a 14gb patch that didn’t work nor fixed a single issue ingame after A WEEK.
We can’t use our bloody storage properly, we can’t remove furniture… there is just so much… it is laughable.

looks like they typed the gold amount using European syntax (example: 1.009,6 is written 1,009.6 in the US, “,” and “.” are reversed) when their database most definitely uses the US syntax, resulting in people getting 100x the amount they were meant to

To go back to your initial opening post.
You can see what they are trying to fix by the update statements.
Not how databases work, you save float numbers (1009.6 based on your example) and the client takes care of defining how to show it.
