Why the Invasion Victory Counter doesn't work. Is this a bug?

After winning the invasion, the counter does not change the value. It happened 4-5 times. There are two confirmation videos. =(
Examples:
Time coge : 0:06 and 31:09

Time coge : 0:05 and 31:13

Server : Tir Na Nog
Name : Ugr
