- Is this a bug or an exploit:there are bots everywhere and you dont ban them. Literally i have been reporting a guy for bot cheating and he is safe almost 3 days

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: there is a guy who name is Sumberx which is a bot who is farming at weavers fen starmetal spot for 3 days and night and he is bot behaving like going into empty ore spots etc.
