Why these problems always happening on EU server?

We have most of the bugs on EU servers. Why it’s happening? Does 2 different team work the servers? Also why devs have to do the maintenances at prime hours of EU? Most of the other games doing the maintenances at night time so majority of players are not getting affected by it. Why? Please answer to me.

bcs test server eu

please open cross regional transfers so we can leave this test server EU !!!

Didn’t you know that the EU is a test bed for the US?

Lol no way, the rest of the world don’t want your messes

So why did we all pay to be testers?

What pisses me off is not that it’s on the EU servers. It’s that we have no ETA for the downtime.

AGS keeps of screwing up, EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY MAKE A PATCH OF ANY KIND, and they keep punishing players with more downtime to fix it.

The incompetence of that developer team is just… sad.

New World:

  • Impressive engine team. Lumberyard delivers one of the most immersive world of all MMORPGs, graphically and sound wise.

  • Impressive art team. It’s them who assembled that world on the Lumberyard engine, making it feels alive and breathing, adding those amazing graphic and sounds assets.

  • TERRIBLE content team. Those who add script and balance content are just INCOMPETENT. They screw up every single patch, adding more problems than they are solving.

It’s a shame such a good foundation, one of the best looking MMORPGs of the last 10 years, with a very responsive and interesting combat system, got totally ruined by incompetent content creators and balance team.

I agree with you to be honest. Whenever I see something new, after couple of hours we’re having a massive bug. Then we’re having another maintenance. Also as you say, no ETA. I just feel like most of the dev team are having their first year at the job. When I heard that Amazon is going to publish a game I had incredible expectations. At the moment I am kindly accepting the half. But we’re not even on a quarter.

Because EU is the test region. It is clear when you read the news. They rolled out this change to see what it would mess up and then stopped it from being rolled out to their real customers.

I guess none of the community employees going to answer this.
