Why you keep saying go to web ticket support after I've tried dozen of times? (edit: I GOT UNBANNED UNDER 24HOURS)

It’s not really helping man seriously. I already gave proof how they respond it

It’s not even half an hour and they keep replying in the same automated replies over and over again

Is the proof not enough they’re not even checking the chat in-game that I did was a joke and mistaken as bot selling coins?

please understand, this is devastating to me
grinded for a whole year, never did any violation, and just got permaban in an instant because of the misunderstood global chat

this guy did the same mistake as me and got ban uplifted. i believe he also got mass reported by players for selling coins or detected by system as advertising selling coins

Thank you for reaching out regarding this situation, I’m very sorry to hear that you have been banned. To answer the question in your post title, the reason why here in the forums we refer to the appeals team through a web ticket is because that team is the only one that handles issues with bans, here in the forums we don’t have any tools or visibility about bans or account issues, which is why we are unable to provide any kind of support in the forums.

Unfortunately the only way to get support with bans is using the appeals ticket:

You and I are one of the very few who were banned for no real reason, had to fight both AGS support and explaining my ban here and only through here, with the assistance of @Aenwyn reading and understanding my situation did my ban get taken back (which I was never ‘banned’, an in-game monitor just logged into my account unbeknownst to me mind you, fixed my problem and forgot to “unban” my account while they fixed my issue and after the 1st ‘unban’…it was done AGAIN to me by a different in-game monitor and had to do the process twice, talk about your all time screw ups on the in-game team hahahaha).
So consider yourself extremely lucky and as you are, I was very thrilled to have proper assistance and still give props to Aenwyn to leading to my unban even though they’re not really suppossed to, only direct to customer support
