I would seriously like Amazon to start offering refunds because this game is not what alot of us signed up for. We signed up for an MMO that is supposed to be being supported and fixed and worked on. To date all I have seen from the makers of this game is silence and promises regarding game breaking bugs and this transfer service is seriously a thing that will keep me and others out of the game until addressed. I may have 60 hours into this game, but feel so far I was robbed when I agreed to the $50 price. Please consider offering a refund Amazon. You will in the end I am sure still make money on this POS.

Why would amazon offer a refund? Its a $39 game with zero monthly subscription. You bought the game and obviously played it.
… you won’t get a refund. 60 hours is far more than a lot of other games at a higher price point.
If you check Dev Tracker you can see their communication every day.
Is the game perfect? Nope. Yes it has a lot of bugs and yes a lot of stuff is annoying and causing players to stop playing.
I believe they will fix it and are already fixing things.
You are not paying a monthly fee so stop playing and come back.
I’m currently annoyed with the game so I’ve put it down and will check in from to time.
I’ve certainly got £35 of enjoyment from it so far.

Without a subscription, they are not as concerned (Since they are only loosing players they already got the most money they would from them). So giving refunds would not make any sense, since they already made their money.
Got money from 900,000 people (Give or take a few lost funds from potential cosmetic purchases). So they don’t really need to care that much. If the player base drops to 50k, they still made their initial profit.
Subscription based games, you’re more concerned because if you loose 500k players, that’s a lot of monthly revenue you just lost.
Most this game would profit from would be expansion purchases, but at this rate the player base would be probably 100-200k by the first expansion. So again they still will make money off those left.
Summary: You’re money is gone.

I have my complaints but to say they are not working on or working to fix the game is just false.

Playing the game and then making posts like this is like eating your entire meal in a restaurant and then demanding it be free as you didn’t like it.

No way, I paid my money to post what/when I want. If they fixed the 250 STR stutter animation, I would spend more time in game and would not have to post. So technically their fault.
At the moment when you sort by latest threads it brings up some 20 days old
Your idea of value is very poor. Asking for a refund after you ate most of your meal… one of those people… gross.
