Will Brimstone Sands save New World?

Nah no way. Maybe if we are being extremely generous. 20% of the playerbase is EXCLUSIVELY PvE.

And now… a giant sandworm!

need more than just seasonal rotating events

0% way to prove that though. winks

Shia-Hulud?!

Lets just leave it be, numbers really do not matter. Im just saying theres more than you think because you surround yourself with PVP and are bliss to the other side.

Still waiting for one of these pvp champions to explain why twice as many players self identify as a pve player than pvp. This self proclaimed majority.

Gawd… Inorite!!!

Suuuuuuuuper biased, omg.

It is a relevant example of the fallacy of self identification

Funny how you can’t even give a legitimate counter argument to that statement other than ‘biased’

You know as well as i know. If pvp gave the same amount of gold and umbrals as PvE. Then pve would be deserted by 90% of the players. The ONLY reason why PvE gives 5x better rewards is because it is the only way to incentivize the players to play that boring repetitive stuff… :joy:

Oh you’re fine. I wasn’t picking on you. I was more “riding your wave”

Right. Same as you have zero way to prove your made up percentage claims.

You’re correct.

Deflection. Brilliant.

Atleast i can name reasons behind my claims. All you can do is deflect and try to undermine my credibility. Enjoy the denial.

You know it’s the truth deep down

Forums don’t mean squat. All forums show is who cry’s the most, and no relevance to actually what players are actually playing. PvPers have always cried the loudest…
Take a look at all successful mmo’s (as in, the ones that have lasted any length of time or are still around). Absolutely none of them are due to pvp (except possibly, arguably, Albion … maybe … tho it barely squeaks into the top 25). All mmo retention is due to pve. Period. No PvE, no mmo’s. You can slice it any way you like, but those are plain facts backed up by years of numbers and player retention.

But… you can’t. There is absolutely zero way for you to prove how many people play pvp, pve, a mix of both or just plain don’t care accurately.

Feel free to prove me wrong though. I’m happy to eat crow if you do.

Waiting on your proof

Destiny 2 ?

Meh. That’s a somewhat fair argument but there’s still a metric ton of pve in there. I’ll give you that as a valid shot though.

There will be no eating of soul chickens. That is just not permissible. Ostrich, fine. Emu, even better. But leave the feathered friends of Dumbo alone!
