as written in this topic, nobody has found will of ancients at 600gs/legendary
there are dozens of people doing 10s of runs everyday at my server
i have not seen a single person get will of ancients at 600
i am a healer and am here just for this staff, but if this is a bug, dont make me do another 100 runs just for the staff.
please admit its a bug and reward people with the staff whos done more than 100 runs.
or prove that it can drop.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
I confirm that it can drop. My friend got it at 600. That being said, he is probably the only person in the EU servers that has it. Oh and BTW he is NOT playing a healer nor he intends to.
Drop chance for these specific items are insanely atrocious and should be looked into, but AGS keeps ignoring a MULTITUDE of threads where people do 300+ expeditions runs and presents they feedback all consistently saying that end game expeditions feel unrewarding or even blatantly insulting.
Yeah I guess the luck system doesn’t help too, since you don’t know if it’s better to use pearls or not, luck jewelery, luck weapons, if upgrading the trophy gives you more or less luck, and we also don’t know if increasing the luck will make the WoA drop more or less.
I also have the feeling that I’m dropping it more when I’m playing as a dps instead of a healer, so maybe there’s a gatekeeping system that decreases the chance to drop the weapon you’re currently using.
I wouldn’t mind running laz if it was free but keys are 2-3k each now so it shouldn’t be that hard to drop this damn thing since it’s so difficult to run it once.
I think its a too much luck thing, id love to know who has gotten the 600 or even any above 590 and how much if any luck they had, ive counted every laz run and now have 102 laz runs completed and for all of the weapons that can drop from mobs ie: SOL /// Will of the Ancients /// Armored Flintlock /// curiosity greed, these four are the weapons that mobs also can drop in laz and all four of them will not drop above 590 and i dont know why
I saw a great reddit post that explained this. Basically, items drop between 580 and 590 unless it hits the chance for an expertise bump, in which case it rolls 591 - 600 because that is what expertise bumps do at max. For named items that drop off the bosses that give guaranteed expertise bumps, e.g. Infamy, Ancient Intentions, Fury, etc., you see a lot of 591+ because of that guaranteed expertise bump often being applied to the named drop. But the random mob drops like Will of the Ancients and Smooth Bone Ring usually drop between 580 and 590 because getting an expertise bump off a random mob is rare.
