Will reporting robots really be accepted?

This is a small trumpet I reported two days ago, and it is still there after two days. I reported it many times in the game, on the website and on the forum, but it still exists. So I want to ask, can the report really be accepted? If so, isn’t the processing time too long?

He was level 15 two days ago and got to level 16 by collecting Azoth water.

I’ve seen low level bots in the same area gathering azoth water and motes. I’ve given up on reporting all bots though. Apparently the most effective way for us to report bots is by going through the website, which makes no sense. The in game reporting should be just as effective. Anyway it’s not worth our time to report bots on the website until AGS gets way more aggressive in banning them.

I’m really going crazy with these robots

Just get 100 people to report it, the auto ban system will ban them even though Customer Service loves to claim it doesn’t exist.

That’s what I suggest too, but you need to not report them as a bot but instead “abusive language” or something else. They’d be gone in around 30 minutes if player experiments are true.

At this point I think AGS is just culling bot accounts but not going after them aggressively.
They claimed to have banned 9000 bot accounts. That’s another 9000 copies of the game they can sell when those botters buy accounts again. So it’s in AGS interest to actually ENCOURAGE botting, and just cull them now and again for some sales.
Of course they could just do it the easy way and let players trade cash shop currency – like many other MMOs. But then they’d be accused of making a pay-to-win game (even though PvPers are already paying to win by buying RMT coin). Instead of being accused of gross incompetence at game management.
