i went for the refund option. Even if i wanted to play with my friends, there are 19k people in queue for that server constantly. I can’t queue everyday for 15 hours and then play for a little bit. I waited half a day and doesn’t seem people is interested in changing server. Half of my guild (that we organized months ago) was able to login, the other half couldn’t. Honestly, this is a major mess.

The situation will change. It’s launch day. By this time next week, the servers will start evening out. Companys will switch to the less popular servers, the server caps will likely be increased, playing times will be spread out.

sure you mean 300k people will disapear ?, and you don’t think there is a little capacity of seat problem
go with the refund, you will most likely end up buying the game again in a week or so anyway

It is the same for all games with separated servers. If they create too many servers they will end up empty and if they let too many people area will be full and you are not even going to get a mob. So be patient. 100% of people want to play at the same time. It will get better.

Patient about what ? I paid for the game which I can not log in to, so am I asking it this is gonna change or if I should go for refund… once again, there are 170k ppl ingame and 350k in queue.

yea that’s true,
with time people will spread out on the servers making less presure in each zone,
people that playing on the wrong region just to play for an hour or so will have gone to their own servers,
due to work/school and time zones people will spread out more during the day,
and of course they will add some more servers / raise the online cap,
im generally happy with the quallity of the game during the launch, sure its long ques but thats always expected when a popular game gets released,
but once your in i really doubt you’ll complain about how smooth it runs (if your computer can handle it that is of course)

all time zone are opened and situation is worst, there is not enough seat, this is not hard to understand…
We are talking about amazon, are you going to tell me that they did not think that this could happen beforehand? oh boy 
of course they though about it,
but a company chose to go with less over more in at launch, blizzard and all other does that also
they start at one point and raise it bit by bit rather then open 1 server for everyone to play alone in,
you got any idea what it cost to run a server? it’s a tiny bit for then the 40 bucks you paid for the game
leader in New World you dont have to play a monthly subscription which you have to as blizzard

Really hope cap will be raised, but they are probably waiting to patch things out at the same time because servers instability issues were all over the place.
The funny thing will be when we will get a patch and maybe a cap raise they will probably bring down the entire region for maintenance throwing everyone out and causing 10k+ queues again all over

i notice nothing about servers being instable, your sure you played in the right region or that your computer can handle the settings your playing on?
The majority of the US WC servers have a queue under 50.

there are almost more people in the queue to play New World on the EU servers than there are people playing in the entire world

My server Annwyn went down for mainenance 5 times during the first 1.5 hours I played.
A lot of “Lag Detected” spikes, freeze and such.
It happned for me and 10 other friends i’m playing with in this server.
Also, 4 more friends from work that play on another server - Asgard had the same issues.
oh well i felt no issues at all when i where on, wasn’t the same server tho
but the only time the server i play on went down was when they took down all servers for maintenace which they said would take 10 minutes but it did last for about 20,
can only really speak from my own experiance and the server i where on,
im sure it will get better for you within a few days tho
