Will the faction cooldown be reset then server merge?

So many ppl think change their faction and merge with old server guilds in fresh server.My guild too have plan for merge but i have cooldown.Will the faction cooldown be reset then server merge?

As we can find in the FAQ:

Players on these worlds are not expected to lose any progress (including gold, items, faction, companies, etc.);

Which means that at the moment the faction cooldown will remain the same after the merges, if this changes in the future we’ll let you know through our Official news section.
