Will the new patch fix the login blocked error?

Hi, will the new patch fix the login blocked error? I have not seen anything in the notes about this.

There is no troubleshooting on my side as we have established it is server side so mods, PLEASE do not give me any troubleshooting advice. My list of troubleshooting I have done - Login Blocked Error is getting ridiculous now, please help - #11 by Fwis

I have seen there’s additional features that have been added, nothing about login blocked issue… i wonder if this has been fixed but not listed as it’s deemed to be not in game?

It could be a silent bugfix. I am giving this patch the last chance before giving up and uninstalling the game.
