Are you talking about PvP only servers? While the full details haven’t come out yet, I think that would be unlikely.

This should ask your question on pvp servers in any mmo and why new world will never add them.

Actually you’ve only got about a quarter of a servers worth of people that have signed the petition for pvp servers that’s been up for a month and a half.
