Wilting Soldier attacks do not land correctly

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Wilting Soldier’s main attacks do not land correctly and don’t deal any damage. The Shield bash does damage, but the other ones don’t. I imagine this is a bug.
• Is this a bug? Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Minor, easier to kill a mob.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, the mob was easier to kill.
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

1. Head to pinned location in Shattered Mountain
   
   
2. Find Wilting Solider
3. Attempt to get hit by him and notice how all attacks but the shield bash don’t do any damage.
