Describe the issue you are experiencing: The company who owned Windsward left the server, they have zero members. Our company spent a lot of time running up influence and have declared on it twice only for the war to bug out. We have lost 30k now due to declarations and now the settlement is dying.

Is this a bug or an exploit: A bug but it could ultimately be an exploit if someone wanted to grief a server.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Windsward is just stuck in an unending downward spiral. Everything is getting downgraded and nobody can take it. It is hurting the server because it is the most popular settlement in all the servers I have ever been on.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Just hold a territory and after someone declares war on it drop everyone in your company and leave it with zero members.
Please do something to fix this, it is absolutely ridiculous that you haven’t done anything yet. You have known about this for a while now it has happened on other servers.
