- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Still can’t get a new mission from the Yeti/Also not letting me level up my Character it is stuck at maxed out XP at lvl 58 it wont roll over to lvl 59

game is def bugged, gave me two winter missions at once
There’s currently a known bug with the winter quests. They should have been reset for you, but if they weren’t, they’re looking into it, but there’s no ETA at the moment. More details here:
