I have purchased all the Winter Convergence musical instruments, but they are not in my inventory or any of the settlement storages. While it is very, very unlikely that I salvaged all of them, since it is possible, I was going just purchase them again. That is not allowed as you can only purchase them once.
My ask:
a) can you restore my purchase of all the instruments
b) if a) is not possible, can you remove the restriction so I can buy them again.

Welcome to the forums I hope you are doing great!
The event offers only skins for the instruments that you can find by right click on the instrument and select the option “change skin”.
If you do not have them at the momment can be easily found on the trading post or by the starting quests. Also you can craft them with Furnishing trade skill.
