Same; however, this is NOT craftable in Cutlass at our T5 outfitter, it IS craftable in FL at our T2 outfitters.

Had the same problem. Picked up quest in Brightwood, went to Monarch’s Bluff to do all my crafting. In Monarch’s Bluff, also got wrapping paper quest. Could not complete in Monarch’s Buff with Tier 4 workshop. Went to a Tier 2 in Brightwood and it worked fine. Was able to finish in both places.

Try going to a lower tier shop in a different settlement and see if that works. Seen other reports of folks having issues with other quests at higher level workshops.

@Luxendra Winter Convergence mission - Site inspections bugged out on me. crafted the materials, went to the camp and killed the mob that spawned after reading the lore page and the mission went back to requiring the Stone Bricks and needing to kill the mob again…

I got the town board quest in MB and was unable to craft the wrapping paper. Was able to craft it in another city without an issue.

I have the same issue on US West Ferri. I don’t think any crafting items are working for the winter convergence.

Can confirm that the Outfitting Station in First Light worked. Of course it was Tier 2 on my server.

Same issue here. States that it “Can’t Craft,” over the crafting button even though all requirements have been met.

Can confirm at a T3 outfitting station I was able to craft the town board event items.
Thanks to @erock1283 for the tip of a workaround.

I was able to craft it in towns with low tier outfitting station, if it was tier 5 (or 4, not sure) I was unable to craft it. Not sure that my 5 tries mean anything but this was the only pattern I saw.
