Also want to mention a lot of theses patterns are worth picking up they come with chain ice viscous and keenly jagged. The reason why you may want to pick theses up is because you cannot craft theses perks in the game, they will not roll with theses perks. The only way to acquire all theses perk on a weapon is through theses legendary patterns.

Is that true? I thought that was a valid perk combo right? Now that chain is in the element perk bucket and keenly jagged is proc?

I will say that the armor is actually really nice if your are of the population that likes luck on armor. I would consider it BIS for those people for corrupted gear.

Corrupted ward, luck, and elemental aversion is really nice. However in a min/max world though especially if you running mutations you can just swap to luck gear at the end before you open the chests (so luck on armor intended for combat could be considered a dead perk for some) so that should definitely be considered but I really like luck + ward for PVE.

Plus it will work on all of the mob drops as well. Again luck doesn’t really have much value since it’s named items and the real value in an M10 are the BOE legendaries which are not impacted by luck.

Random rambling tldr. The armor I think is really nice for some people. The weapons I don’t think are unique per se but those are still some solid perks and they look beautiful. So I still highly recommend.

hmm i will double check and make sure
i was pretty sure this was the only way to get that perk combo but ill look into it more

Yeah maybe I’m mixing it up as well, but thought that it was made valid with the massive perk update that had. Many things went from proc to elemental I believe? Still it’s a nice combo and really fitting for the skin. With transmog coming up I would highly recommend getting one of each of even the basic schematics. It’s a cool event though and cool you did a guide. I’m less video oriented and rather read, but looked at your video real quick and it looks pretty well organized and condensed reasonably. Hope it helps people get into it.

yeah i agree imma be picking up some of those patterns fersure
and thanks man for checking it out, it took me a very long time to get the guide out and it didn’t come out as good as I thought it would, but it covers everything there is to the winter event so I’m happy with it just wish I could of gotten it out sooner and maybe just covered the important parts instead of trying to go over everything.

oh yeah transmog theses would probably look sick good idea, theres going to be a lot of yeti killing lol I wonder if the skins are different on the blue ones compared to the legendary ones or if there both the same skins, ill have to see.

I am thinking probably the same if they keep the trend. I kept a ton of the musket from last year because I absolutely love them. So will definitely be stocking up again, am excited to finally be able to use them as transmog though so I can use my better rifle with it. The hammer/GA and a few others look realy cool. Was a little sad they did the GS the way they did, would have been AMAZING if it was a sheet of ice instead of just a icy hilt but hey still good stuff.

This is indeed a valid perk combo and has been for at least a couple patches from my observation. I have rolled multiple weapons with chain and keen jagged + 3rd perk

are the legendary weapons u make with the patterns the same skin as the blue patterns ? or are they different skins?

really huh I didn’t know this ill have to have a look at the perk table i wondre what other combos are available to us now.
