Winter event shield/sword scales "normally" or too high

So… anyone looked at those 520gs shields and swords from winter event shop? Sword gives 25strenght and luck. (only event/quest weapons give luck). Not so great damage compared to something like 590-600gs sword… but its not too big difference. Like 70-80 damage. which isnt so bad because IT gives 10strenght more than 600gs sword from crafting/drops. Which actually covers up quite a bit of that damage loss.

Now we get to shields. Sure they dont have best perks. Surefooting is decent. More threat is decent for tanking and ice damage reduction is ok too, BUT it also gives 25constitution which is 10 more stat than 600gs crafted/dropped shield does give. Which is again quite huge.
You can now get +50stat with those event sword+shield compared to getting that total of 30stat (15+15) from 600gs weapons. You dont need any expertise etc for them and they kind of rival 600gs weapons on sword+shield side.
Other weapons arent as good as they are same as normal 520gs weapons of their type. 25stat etc. Sword and shield seems to scale like other weapons which make them very strong.

not bad deal to lose some perks if you ask me. Those are still both very good for pve/tanking as you get extra luck too from sword and shield is ok’ish. You get 20 extra stats which covers up losses on damage if you look purely damage. Ofcourse sword with light/heavy attack bonus for example still does more damage, but not much if you can pump up 20strenght more for example and you get extra luck too so its good for pve.

is this intended or bug? Accidentally made sword / shield scale like any other weapon and not half of stat power as its 2 weapon “set”
