Hello I bought new world on my steam account and ended up not liking the game but my little brother enjoyed it. Is there any way to transfer ownership or something like that to his steam account? He really likes the game I’d buy it for him on his account if i had the funds atm.

It seems not possible, but ask to Amazon to do its job and not punish you for their incapacity.
